Bryan & Charlie’s Reds Ballgame Field Manual
Reds vs. Nationals — Wednesday, May 13, 2026 — 6:40 PM — Great American Ball Park
The mission: arrive happy, eat good, catch baseball, survive Redzilla.
Quick Scouting Report
Probables can change. Pitchers are humans, not laminated diner menus.
Reds Relic: Run north. Arrive loud. Look like this was planned by professionals with snacks.
The Route
Petersburg → Newport → Ballpark. Park at Ovation Parking Garage, 123 W. 4th Street, Newport, KY 41071. Use prepay/reserve if possible.
From Ovation, walk toward the river and take the Taylor–Southgate Bridge. Once moving from Ovation Plaza, call it roughly a scenic 10-minute heroic river crossing.

Redzilla Advisory
Middle of the 4th inning: Charlie assumes launch-readiness.
Hands up, eyes open, no nachos during launch protocol.
Redzilla is the Reds’ souvenir launcher. Section 132 is great for watching; upper right-field is the better chase.
If Charlie Gets Wiggly
Exit Plan
Fast Exit
Leave after final out and walk the bridge back to Ovation.
Slow Exit
Wait 10–15 minutes, take one last skyline photo, dodge the crowd surge.
Reminder: Don’t let the postgame crowd turn a good night into a parking-lot opera.
